Associate Director Marketing – Cleaning & Pest Control

About the role

Urban Company is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to lead the Cleaning & Pest Control business cluster. You will act as the “CEO of Demand” for services such as bathroom and kitchen cleaning, full‑home deep cleaning and pest control, driving top‑line growth and building a trusted brand for customers’ most intimate home needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep consumer insight work by spending time with customers and service partners to uncover motivations and barriers for professional cleaning versus informal providers.
• Define a 6‑12 month growth charter, diagnose frequency, trust or other constraints, and design a roadmap to accelerate category growth.
• Own full‑stack brand marketing, shaping creative and media strategy across TV, digital and social channels to keep the brand top‑of‑mind.
• Lead pricing and revenue strategy, running pricing experiments, loyalty programmes and promotional guardrails to optimise market share and unit economics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or content management, high‑growth start‑ups or top‑tier consulting.
• Passion for building and scaling businesses, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
