Associate Director, Clinical Research Associate Manager

About the role

This role will be key to ensure strong monitoring in our clinical trials. Reporting to the Clinical Research Director or Head of Site Management and Monitoring, you will lead a team of 6‑14 CRAs and drive excellent study and site performance while adhering to local regulations, company SOPs and ICH GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work, develop staff, conduct performance appraisals and manage low‑performance situations.
• Provide capacity planning input, report current manpower and forecast CRA needs.
• Collaborate with CRAs, PLMs and other functions to ensure consistent process and protocol implementation across the country.
• Interact with sites to resolve operational issues and meet commitments in coordination with the study CRM.
• Attend local Investigator Meetings and interface with GCTO partners on trial execution.
• Escalate site performance issues to the CRM and Clinical Research Director.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacology, Pharmacy or Clinical Research.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong people, time and project management skills.
• Fluent in the local language and business‑proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations, Good Documentation Practices and core trial management systems.
