Associate Director, Brand Strategy Analytics – Oncology

About the role

The Associate Director will lead the Brand Strategy Analytics function within Digital Human Health, shaping oncology brand performance through data‑driven insights across both pipeline and inline assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and synthesis of commercial data, portfolio analytics, business cases and market evaluations for global and US oncology teams.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable analytics plans, delivering insights on pipeline prioritisation, product performance and launch readiness.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15+ senior analysts, overseeing workload, resource allocation and cross‑functional insight pods.
• Collaborate with BU leads, sales, clinical development and BD to co‑create solutions and provide forward‑looking visibility on programmes.
• Build patient‑journey and real‑world data models, and embed precision‑medicine and biomarker analytics across the portfolio.
• Drive AI/GenAI experimentation, responsible automation and advanced statistical modelling to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years of pharma/biotech commercial analytics experience with deep oncology exposure.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing high‑performing, inclusive teams.
• Strong consultative mindset, executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering complex analytical initiatives and translating business questions into scalable solutions.
