Associate, Digital Customer Success Programs

About the role

As an Associate on the Digital Customer Success Programs team, you will support the execution and delivery of omni‑channel customer engagement initiatives that drive onboarding, product adoption, retention and growth. You will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, Product and Marketing teams across global time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital customer success programs and lifecycle outreach, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, workflow validation and timely launch.
• Maintain and optimise customer journey workflows and automation tools, supporting testing, rollout of enhancements and performance reporting.
• Partner with Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, Product and Operations stakeholders to coordinate program delivery, track progress and resolve execution issues.
• Document, refine and improve processes to enable scalable, repeatable execution of customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Execution‑oriented professional with strong attention to detail, organization and dependability.
• Curious and proactive, willing to challenge inefficient processes and suggest improvements.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

Required skills

• 2–4 years experience in Customer Success, Marketing Operations, Digital Programs or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Intercom, Snowflake).
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
