Associate - Digital and Social Media Marketing

About the role

LIFECRAFT SOLUTIONS LLP is seeking a creative, data‑driven Associate to lead digital and social media marketing initiatives. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple platforms while producing engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch digital campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing to maximize ROI, lead generation, app installs and conversions.
• Create and maintain social media calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and X.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and video editors to produce reels, videos, graphics, blogs and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling captions, ad copies, blogs, emailers and website content.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword research and remarketing to improve results.
• Support influencer collaborations, community engagement and brand partnerships.
• Work with category teams to promote workshops, events, podcasts and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to take ownership in a fast‑paced startup environment.
