Associate Developer - Salesforce

About the role

Wilhelmsen Port Services is seeking an early‑career Associate Developer to join its Salesforce team in Chennai. You will work on enhancing and maintaining Salesforce applications that support the company’s global port operations, collaborating closely with senior developers, administrators, and business analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Implement business logic through Apex classes and triggers under guidance.
• Utilize declarative tools such as Flows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder where appropriate.
• Debug, test, and deploy changes while ensuring required code coverage.
• Support configuration and enhancements for Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with administrators, analysts and senior developers.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Eager to grow skills, follow best practices and work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
