Associate – D365 Retail Functional – Microsoft Dynamics – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

Join PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics team as an Associate focused on Retail Functional consulting for D365 Finance & Operations. You will help clients transform their front, back and mid‑office processes by leveraging Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations modules.
• Gather business requirements and create functional requirement documents (FRDs) and process blueprints.
• Design solutions, prepare functional design documents and configure the system to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and provide end‑user training.
• Manage change, update business documentation (SOPs) and ensure resource readiness.
• Perform data migration, master‑data upload and balance reconciliation.
• Collaborate with client teams, PwC project managers and L1 support to resolve issues and provide work‑arounds.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring issues and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to work under supervision of a PwC project manager and coordinate with client teams.
