About the role

The Associate Customer Service Manager will lead branch operations and customer service for a designated rural banking branch. This role ensures efficient, cost‑effective delivery of retail banking services while maintaining compliance and high audit standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and administration, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies.
  • Oversee customer service delivery, handling cash transactions, account creation, and KYC/document verification.
  • Maintain accurate data entry of applications, customer IDs, and loan documents.
  • Drive process optimisation through automation and digitisation to improve turnaround times and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to implement regulatory and operational best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain high audit ratings for the branch.

Required profile

  • Graduation: BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking or allied business.
