Associate Customer Service Manager

About the role

The Associate Customer Service Manager will lead branch operations and customer service for a designated rural banking branch. This role ensures efficient, cost‑effective, and technology‑driven delivery of retail banking services while maintaining strict compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day branch administration and ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures.
• Oversee customer service delivery, cash handling, and transaction clearing.
• Perform data entry for applications, create customer IDs, and verify KYC and loan documents.
• Maintain high audit ratings and drive best‑in‑class service for both external and internal customers.
• Partner with business units to implement operational and regulatory practices, including compliance, lending operations, and risk management.
• Lead quality initiatives, optimize processes, and improve turnaround times using automation and digitisation tools.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE or equivalent).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking or allied business.
