About the role
The Associate Corporate Counsel will support litigation teams on labor, employment, and real‑estate disputes across India. You will manage case files, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure effective representation before courts and regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil, labor and criminal litigation across courts, tribunals and law‑enforcement authorities.
- Draft, review and vet pleadings, affidavits, legal notices and other court documents.
- Coordinate with external law firms and consultants, brief them on strategy and monitor performance.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, regulators and quasi‑judicial forums where permitted.
- Provide strategic legal advice to business, HR and operations on litigation risk and dispute avoidance.
- Assist internal investigations, regulatory inquiries and fulfil company secretarial compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in both corporate law firms and in‑house legal departments.
- Qualified Company Secretary and LL.B/LL.M from a recognized university.
