About the role
Umicore is a global advanced materials and recycling group delivering catalysis solutions that reduce emissions and give new life to used metals. The Associate Controller Global will support financial consolidation, ensure KPI accuracy, and maintain compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support financial consolidation and monthly closing
- Ensure accuracy of KPIs such as Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash Flow
- Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Improve data quality across SAP and reporting systems
- Track global SG&A and IT cost performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Drive process automation and reporting improvements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CMA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and SAP environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
