Associate – Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its General Consulting services team in Gurugram. In this role you will collaborate with senior leaders and client teams to address complex business challenges, from strategy formulation to execution, and help drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to analyse client problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured issues and generate insights using a variety of analytical tools.
• Provide quality reviews of deliverables, ensuring accuracy, relevance and alignment with client objectives.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff, coach them and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, adapting style to different audiences.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting or a related advisory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reflect on feedback, develop self‑awareness and address development areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships across diverse cultures and industries.
• Willingness to seek varied exposure and adapt behavior to different situations.
