Associate Consultant – Workforce Advisory (PAS WKFA)

About the role

Join EY's Workforce Advisory team as an Associate Consultant, supporting national clients across industries in aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will work on projects that help organisations redesign their workforce, adopt new ways of working and transform HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in organization and workforce transformation, including scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning and analytics.
• Support change experience initiatives, such as agile ways of working, digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
• Contribute to purpose, culture and leadership programmes that align with client strategy and operating models.
• Participate in HR transformation projects, covering HR strategy, service delivery models, cloud‑based HR technology and reward systems.

Required profile

• Graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 0‑5 years of experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or related advisory services.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple client departments.
• Commercial awareness and adherence to legal and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, organizational design and HR analytics concepts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
