Associate Brand Designer – Marketing & Communication

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for an Associate Brand Designer to support the creation of visual assets across print, digital, presentation and social channels. This junior‑level position offers the chance to work alongside senior designers and art directors, turning big ideas into compelling marketing material.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior designers and art directors in developing visual assets for print, digital, presentation and social media.
• Execute design tasks with meticulous attention to brand standards, project requirements and production specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas, visual references and creative options.
• Prepare, organize and package files for print production, digital deployment and internal handoff, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Adapt existing creative assets across formats and channels while preserving visual integrity.
• Incorporate feedback quickly from senior creatives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and respond to changing project timelines.
• Stay current on design trends, tools and techniques to continuously improve craft.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
