Associate Attorney

About the role

ATMS & CO LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to support its internal legal needs and serve retainer clients. The role involves handling a variety of commercial and compliance matters within a dynamic legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal work for retainer clients, including commercial transactions and corporate documentation.
• Prepare legal notices, replies, and settlement correspondence.
• Oversee trademark filings, examination replies, and related matters.
• Support POSH compliance, policy development, internal committee documentation, and training.
• Provide advice on employment, regulatory, and general compliance issues.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate with clients, external counsel, and authorities.

Required profile

• Law degree with enrollment in a State Bar Council.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong drafting, research, and client‑handling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of independently managing multiple matters.
