Associate AI Solution Consultant

About the role

As an Applied AI Value Engineer (Associate Solution Consultant) you will work within Celonis' Value Engineering team to solve business‑critical problems for strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining Process Intelligence with leading AI/ML platforms to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions that generate measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI discovery workshops, understand customer AI strategies and translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Lead hackathons and rapid prototyping using cutting‑edge AI technologies to build proof‑of‑concepts.
• Drive agentic process transformation, enabling autonomous AI agents powered by Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Execute end‑to‑end Proof‑of‑Value projects and ensure value realization and adoption thresholds are met.
• Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives and contribute reusable best‑practice assets to the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related STEM field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 1–2 years of internship or full‑time experience at the intersection of business and technology.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Python programming and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
• SQL and Celonis PQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, few‑shot learning, prompt engineering, multi‑agent orchestration and multimodal processing.
