Assistant/Manager/Senior Manager – Industrial & Logistics Transactions

About the role

We are looking for high‑performing transaction professionals to join the Industrial & Logistics Services business of a leading international property consultancy firm. The role will be responsible for driving individual transaction mandates from origination through closure, covering industrial, logistics, warehousing, land and related real estate requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and develop new transaction opportunities in the industrial and logistics sector, building relationships with corporates, developers, investors, and generating leads.
• Execute transactions from requirement gathering to closure, including market research, property sourcing, inspections, financial analysis, negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage client relationships, act as primary contact, provide market intelligence, ensure service quality and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor market intelligence, track rental and capital values, vacancy, supply pipeline, and maintain property databases and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, trackers, reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with strong understanding of industrial and logistics real estate.
• Proven transaction execution capability and business development/lead generation experience.
• Strong negotiation, commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation abilities and strong market knowledge.
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
