Assistant/Deputy Manager – Controlling (Finance Business Partner)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Controlling to act as Finance Business Partner for a key business unit within Bosch Digital. The role will support the unit head on all finance and controlling matters, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the business unit head on finance and controlling topics, acting as the primary finance business partner.
• Manage cost‑center controlling for Bosch Digital India, including month‑end close, P&L monitoring and variance analysis.
• Prepare and finalise revenue, CAPEX and headcount budgets, forecasts and pricing models.
• Steer financial targets such as revenue, EBIT, utilization rates and benchmarked prices.
• Own the invoicing process, address customer queries, and ensure timely reporting to central and local management.
• Support internal and external audits and provide finance guidance to India business teams.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant qualification.
• 5‑8 years of relevant finance or controlling experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, result‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP finance modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
