About the role

Alliance University is seeking highly accomplished professionals to join its Alliance School of Advance Computing as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in Computer Science & Engineering. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding research projects, and contributing to the university’s academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum for CSE subjects, including emerging areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, AI/ML, blockchain, full‑stack development, data analytics, data science, and quantum computing.
• Mentor and supervise students on research projects and theses.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support career placement initiatives.
• Publish research in top‑ranked international journals and present at conferences.
• Write research proposals and secure funding.
• Organise seminars, workshops, and industry interaction events.
• Continuously improve teaching methods and course materials.

Required profile

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum ten years of teaching and research experience at a reputable institution.
• Strong academic record with a proven publication history.
• Ability to lead research teams and attract external funding.
