About the role

Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic academicians for Assistant and Associate Professor positions with a strong research focus. The role spans the disciplines of Management, Law, and Liberal Arts and aims to elevate the university’s research impact and global reputation.

Key responsibilities

Conduct original, high‑impact research leading to publications in Scopus‑indexed Q1/Q2 journals.
Lead and mentor a research cluster, guiding peers and PhD scholars to boost collective output.
Secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
Drive IP creation, patent filing, and commercialization of research outcomes.
Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry collaborations worldwide.
Contribute to university ranking initiatives (NIRF, QS, THE) through sustained academic visibility.

Required profile

Ph.D. in Management, Law, or Liberal Arts.
Proven record of high‑impact Scopus (Q1/Q2) publications.
Demonstrated success in obtaining research grants.
Strong publication and citation history, which will be a primary evaluation factor.
