• Drive intellectual property activities, including patent filing and commercialization.
• Establish and nurture global academic and industry collaborations.
• Enhance university rankings (NIRF, QS, THE) through sustained scholarly output.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management, Law or Liberal Arts.
• Demonstrated record of high‑impact publications in Scopus Q1/Q2 journals.
• Successful experience in obtaining research grants.
• Strong citation history; publication record will be a primary evaluation criterion.
