Assistant/Associate Professor – Electrical & Electronics Engineering

About the role

Kumaraguru College of Technology is seeking passionate educators and researchers to join its Electrical & Electronics Engineering department. The position focuses on Embedded Systems and Cyber‑Physical Systems, aiming to inspire the next generation of innovators and advance interdisciplinary research.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Embedded Systems and Cyber‑Physical Systems.
• Develop and deliver curriculum for online, hybrid, and on‑site classes.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish findings, and present at conferences.
• Secure and manage industry collaborations and applied research projects.
• Mentor and supervise student projects, theses, and internships.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M.E or M.Tech) and Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field, preferably from IITs, NITs or other Tier‑1 institutions.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and scholarly research.
• Experience with interdisciplinary research and industry‑focused applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
