Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager (Operations)

About the role

eazyPetition™ is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Senior Manager to lead core business operations and drive strategic initiatives for its AI‑powered immigration platform. This full‑time, on‑site position in India will shape product delivery, customer experience, and growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and refine service delivery processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with product and engineering on feature enhancements.
• Analyze performance data, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Contribute to business development, partnership building, and marketing strategy.
• Mentor team members, promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Report regularly to senior leadership and participate in strategic planning and budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Strong strategic planning, operational management, and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in immigration services, legal tech, fintech, or other regulated domains is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, technology or related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in India, uphold high ethical standards, and thrive in a fast‑growth environment.
