Assistant Training Manager / Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Training Manager to support the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs that align with our company’s mission and vision. Reporting to the property leadership team, you will help ensure employees receive the knowledge and skills needed to drive excellent guest experiences and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across the property, covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop custom and corporate training curricula, and facilitate classroom or on‑the‑job sessions.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and participant progress; gather feedback and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Partner with operational leaders to measure transfer of learning and ensure training translates into improved service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain training budgets, align programs with organizational goals, and incorporate adult‑learning principles.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with a certified trainer credential (no experience required).
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis, curriculum development and evaluation methods.
