About the role
The school is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Tennis Coach to support its tennis program. The role involves coaching students, organizing training sessions, preparing players for competition and fostering sportsmanship and discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting tennis training sessions.
- Demonstrate proper techniques, footwork and strategies.
- Provide individual attention and feedback to improve players’ skills.
- Supervise practice drills, warm‑ups and conditioning exercises.
- Monitor student performance and maintain records.
- Assist in organizing inter‑house, inter‑school and external tournaments.
- Ensure the safety of students during practice and games.
- Promote discipline, teamwork and a positive sporting attitude.
- Manage and maintain tennis equipment and court setup.
