Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Apparel

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑end apparel boutique, delivering exceptional service to luxury clientele while driving sales performance. This role combines hands‑on leadership, client‑centric selling, and meticulous inventory oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve store KPIs through coaching, clienteling, and promotional execution.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor sales teams, setting clear performance expectations.
• Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including replenishment, stock transfers, audits and shrinkage control.
• Deliver VIP experiences: schedule appointments, coordinate alterations, and provide personalized after‑sales service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, loss‑prevention measures and compliance with luxury brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing luxury apparel boutiques with strong commercial results.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and retain sales talent while meeting KPI targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation, especially with VIP clientele.
