Assistant Sales Manager – HORECA Channel

About the role

Nestlé Professional Lebanon is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the HORECA channel and support distributor performance. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, launching products, and ensuring strong execution across assigned customers and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage distribution performance KPIs, TPS, IMS, C&P plan, stock cover and collections.
• Increase coverage and penetration by hunting new leads, opportunities and wins in assigned geographies.
• Drive new product launches and achieve IMS targets per platform.
• Monitor stock cover days, maintain healthy SKU counts, and ensure timely collection of sales dues.
• Grow market share, expand customer coverage, and monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent (Master’s a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency; French a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and adapt communication style to different audiences.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
