Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Bureau Veritas services and managing sales activities to drive revenue growth. Lead business development for industry products across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Renewable Power, Green Hydrogen, Power, Process Industries, Rail, HSE, Asset Integrity and Product Certification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market surveys, support the network and log sales opportunities in Excel and the company CRM to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead business development for major and key opportunities across India, coordinating with area offices and functional heads as defined by the Industry Director.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of projects, opportunities and tenders for large‑scale bids.
• Identify, prepare and submit pre‑qualification documents, expressions of interest, offers and tenders, including offer and contract review.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, obtain internal approvals and submit them to clients.
• Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiate and convert them into signed contracts.
• Manage and grow key accounts in line with the strategy set by the RCE/Industry Director.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Post‑graduation in Marketing (preferred).
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
