Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant café in Delhi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support the daily operations of Savorworks Coffee Chocolate, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium coffee and chocolate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule café staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions.
• Monitor service quality and product standards, addressing guest feedback promptly.
• Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with local regulations.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Participate in promotional activities and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and café or restaurant service standards.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in hospitality or retail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not mandatory).
