Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager to support and manage day‑to‑day reservations across our portfolio of properties in Mumbai. The role focuses on corporate group bookings, OTA management, property coordination, revenue tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end reservations, corporate group enquiries, quotations, payment schedules and post‑booking follow‑up.
• Coordinate with property teams, front office and property managers to ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out, room allocations and special requests for groups and VIP guests.
• Oversee the complete OTA reservation process across platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb and others, maintaining rate and inventory parity.
• Prepare regular revenue, occupancy, lead conversion and cancellation reports and share insights with management.
• Monitor incoming leads from multiple channels, maintain accurate CRM data and follow up to improve conversion rates.
• Handle guest and corporate client communications via phone, email and WhatsApp, addressing special requests and reservation issues.
• Assist the Reservations Manager in SOP development, peak‑period support, training junior staff and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations, revenue or OTA management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Hands‑on understanding of OTA platforms and channel management.
