Assistant Project Manager – Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to support the delivery of high‑end hospitality projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that hotel constructions meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, monitoring timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, landscape, and related works to ensure integrated delivery.
• Prepare, update, and track project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Review and validate technical designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance.
• Facilitate approvals with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Drive team coordination, performance monitoring, and a culture of safety and quality on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7‑8 years of experience, with recent projects in the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in hotel construction, preferably luxury or premium developments.
• Strong understanding of civil and MEP coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reputable PMC, consultancy, or construction firms is a plus.
