About the role

IMS Unison University is seeking qualified Assistant Professors across multiple disciplines for full‑time, on‑site positions at its Dehradun campus. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development in areas such as Operations Management, Analytics & IT, Computer Applications, Political Science, Law, Management, and Food Production.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, tutorials and seminars in the assigned specialization.
• Design, update and assess curricula and learning materials.
• Guide student projects, internships and assessments.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in refereed, indexed journals.
• Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities and academic committees.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognised university (mandatory).
• UGC NET qualification or equivalent in the same discipline.
• First‑class postgraduate and undergraduate degrees.
• Minimum five years of full‑time university teaching experience.
• At least two research papers published in indexed journals.
• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
