Assistant Professor – Project & Operations Management (MBA)

About the role

AIMS Institutes is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its MBA program within the School of Business & Commerce. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching in Project & Operations Management and Legal Aspects of Business, while contributing to curriculum design, research, and academic administration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures and tutorials in Project & Operations Management and Legal Aspects of Business.
• Design and regularly update curriculum to reflect current industry practices and academic standards.
• Conduct research and publish in reputable Scopus/ABDC/UGC‑listed journals.
• Guide MBA students on projects, internships, dissertations, and placement activities.
• Organise and lead workshops, seminars, faculty development programmes, and industry interaction sessions.
• Participate in accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and prepare related academic documentation.
• Contribute to departmental administration and broader institutional development initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Management (mandatory).
• MBA/PGDM with a specialization in HR.
• Strong academic record across UG, PG, and PhD studies.
• NET/SET qualification preferred as per regulatory norms.
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching and/or research experience.
• Experience in NAAC/NBA accredited institutions is advantageous.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
