About the role

IMS Unison University is seeking qualified academicians for full‑time, onsite Assistant Professor positions across a range of specialisations. The roles are based in Dehradun and involve teaching, research, and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned specialisation.
• Develop and update curriculum and course materials.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a structured, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Conduct research and publish findings in refereed, indexed journals.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• UGC NET qualification or equivalent in the subject.
• First‑class postgraduate and undergraduate degrees.
• First division in Class 10th and 12th (English medium board).
• Minimum five years of full‑time university teaching experience.
• At least two research papers published in indexed journals.
• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
