Assistant Professor – General Management (MBA/PGDM)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and academically driven Assistant Professor to join our Management Studies department in Pune. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality classroom sessions to first‑year MBA and PGDM students across core management subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and interactive sessions in Marketing Management, Managerial Economics, Financial Management, and General Management concepts.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, case studies, and evaluation material.
• Conduct assessments, presentations, and classroom activities to gauge student learning.
• Mentor students on academic progress and career development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate practical insights into teaching.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or General Management; PhD preferred for professor‑level roles.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at colleges or universities, preferably with MBA/PGDM students.
• Experience teaching first‑year management courses is highly valued.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period are preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
