Assistant Professor – BBA/MBA Course Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate academic to join PW Digital University’s School of Business & Management as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator for our BBA and MBA programmes. The role involves delivering high‑quality lectures, shaping curriculum, and supporting both on‑campus and online learners in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures for BBA and MBA courses.
• Develop, review, and update curriculum, course content, and learning materials.
• Coordinate academic activities to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
• Create digital learning content and support online teaching.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
• Collaborate with academic and cross‑functional teams to enhance the learning experience.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management (MBA) with a strong academic record; Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms.
• Proven experience teaching BBA/MBA courses in a university or higher‑education institution.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and academic coordination.
• Experience with online teaching and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
