Assistant Merchandiser

About the role

The Assistant Merchandiser will support merchandising activities at Naukripay Group's Jaipur office. You will coordinate product assortments, monitor inventory levels, and assist in planning promotions and pricing to maximise sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align product offerings with market demand.
• Track inventory movements and prepare regular reports on product performance.
• Assist in the development of promotional plans, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions.
• Maintain timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in sales, retail or related environments.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in a fast‑paced setting.
