Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager (CRM) will support the analysis of customer information to improve engagement and drive business growth across ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Mementos and Storii. You will work closely with brand managers and loyalty custodians to plan communication calendars, maintain the CRM database, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and execute campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications and social media.
• Build and manage central CRM databases, strengthening first‑ and second‑party data.
• Develop customer segments and cohorts for targeted communications.
• Create and manage automated/drip workflows across platforms.
• Collaborate with hotels and brand managers to align communications with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing, send‑time optimisation and segmentation experiments.
• Analyse campaign performance, KPI attribution and conversion metrics.
• Document and support all phases of campaign design, build, testing and audit.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing‑technology experience, including CRM and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Responsys (certification preferred).
• Proven track record managing omni‑channel campaigns, preferably in the services/hospitality sector.
• Ability to measure campaign conversion using KPIs and attribution models.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
