Assistant Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Fossil Group is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive integrated brand campaigns for the Armani portfolio in India. You will work across digital, PR, influencer, retail, OOH, print and e‑commerce channels to bring the brand story to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and go‑live readiness with agencies and internal teams.
• Manage creative briefings, asset collation and quality control to ensure brand compliance.
• Support digital campaign operations, including creative checks and performance tracking.
• Oversee PR, influencer, celebrity shoots and brand activations.
• Handle event logistics, vendor coordination and production support for launches.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain spend trackers in line with finance procedures.
• Onboard vendors, manage quotations and ensure audit readiness.
• Compile performance reports, proof‑of‑execution documentation and competitor insights.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing execution, brand or integrated marketing.
• Background in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong project‑management ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
