Assistant Manager – UAE Corporate Tax

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager with strong technical expertise in UAE Corporate Tax and International Taxation. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax compliance, advisory and research services to clients across multiple Indian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax returns and tax computations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate tax compliance assignments.
• Prepare supporting schedules and analyze financial documentation for tax reporting.
• Assist in preparing tax accounting computations and tax disclosures for financial statements.
• Apply UAE Corporate Tax legislation in client engagements and conduct technical research on UAE and international tax matters.
• Support advisory assignments related to corporate tax planning, restructuring and OECD BEPS/Pillar Two projects.
• Perform tax research, prepare technical memorandums and identify tax risks and opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, support billing proposals and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• CA, MBA (Finance) or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax.
• Hybrid work mode.
• CTC: 16‑18 LPA.
• Location: Delhi/NCR, Bangalore or Hyderabad.
