Assistant Manager – Taxation (Noida)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Taxation to join our Noida office. The role will support the company’s tax compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing, ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing compliance, including statutory filings.
• Review GST notices, assessment orders and audit observations, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders and consultants.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations, GST annual returns, TDS filings and tax authority portal balances.
• Coordinate external consultants on GST litigation, Income Tax assessments, Transfer Pricing matters and LTDC applications.
• Handle Form 15CA/CB filings and provide tax advisory support for domestic and cross‑border transactions.
• Support internal and external audits, including ICFR reviews, by supplying tax‑related documentation.
• Analyze tax data, generate reports, resolve business queries and keep stakeholders informed of regulatory changes.
• Monitor developments in direct and indirect tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of GST litigation, audits, notices, assessments, annual return filing and reconciliations.
• Sound understanding of Income Tax compliance, TDS provisions, tax audits, return filing and assessment proceedings.
• Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations is an advantage.
• Semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) with relevant taxation experience preferred.
