Assistant Manager – Supply (Tours & Attractions)

About the role

The Holidays Supply team at MMT Holidays is looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to lead the supply ecosystem for Tours & Attractions. Based in Gurgaon, you will shape a competitive catalogue of experiences by onboarding partners and negotiating commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers for tours, attractions, transfers and other experiences.
• Negotiate commercial terms including net rates, commissions, cancellation policies and credit terms.
• Ensure complete product onboarding with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, inclusions/exclusions, operating hours and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular business reviews and driving promotional deals.
• Benchmark supplier rates against competitors and recommend product upgrades, bundles and new inventory based on travel trends.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, marketing and operations teams to fill gaps in the attraction offering and support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier acquisition, vendor management or commercial negotiations, preferably within travel, tourism or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess pricing, margins and market demand.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to manage key accounts.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accurate product data and compliance.
