Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive supply‑chain performance across its MP GGVL and Telangana MSI plants. You will be responsible for meeting OTIF and CFR targets through efficient production planning, inventory control, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly production plans in SAP based on sales forecasts and ensure timely execution.
• Manage raw‑material availability, capacity constraints and bulk tank orders, preparing 12‑month rolling RCCP.
• Monitor inventory levels at plants and depots to achieve corporate inventory targets.
• Coordinate permits planning, packing‑material availability and daily dispatch schedules with logistics.
• Lead daily operational meetings with plant, operations and logistics stakeholders.
• Maintain master data in SAP and APO, and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning and supply‑chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet OTIF, CFR and inventory targets consistently.
• Strong analytical mindset with capacity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Excellent coordination skills across commercial, bottling, purchase, logistics and quality teams.
• Familiarity with permits processes and bulk‑material logistics.
