About the role
You will support the efficient operation of the Stewarding Department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Stewarding Manager in running the department as a productive cost centre.
- Maintain an organized and clean back‑of‑house area for Food & Beverage operations.
- Provide kitchens, outlets, and banquet areas with clean, ready‑to‑use equipment based on business demand.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards across all stewarding activities.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as a Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
