Assistant Manager – ServiceNow SecOps, IRM & GRC Developer

About the role

KPMG India is looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to join its team as an Assistant Manager focusing on SecOps, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow modules that support policy compliance, risk assessment, audit management and vendor risk processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps, IRM and GRC modules, including workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Develop intuitive ServiceNow Workspaces tailored for SecOps use cases, managing widgets and layout.
• Create and enhance ServiceNow Service Portals, including catalog forms and integration with other modules.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party systems (ERP, ITSM, risk platforms) using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Write and optimise custom JavaScript scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline SecOps processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, upgrades and provide technical support to end‑users.

Required profile

• 2–12 years of hands‑on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience implementing SecOps, IRM or GRC solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
