Assistant Manager - Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive our sales initiatives, manage leads and support the sales team in achieving targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, proactive lead management and coordination with marketing and CRM functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and understand the complete sales process.
• Own all incoming leads, follow them diligently and work towards successful closures.
• Prepare and manage a sales calendar covering all events and activities each month.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, offers, special features and other market intelligence.
• Stay informed about HFI activities and their customer connections.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to gather feedback and provide relevant information to customers.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduate (any stream) with an MBA/PGDM.
• Non‑engineering graduates must have at least two years of work experience after graduation and before pursuing MBA/PGDM.
• Excellent business communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
