Assistant Manager – Sales (Delhi)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive key account management, business development and sales activities for Bosch Rexroth India in Delhi. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate internally with service, planning, quality and application teams to support customer projects.
• Monitor overall customer satisfaction and address issues proactively.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 6‑8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in hydraulics or related sectors.
• Strong business communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
