Assistant Manager – Rewards & Recognition & Wellness

About the role

The Assistant Manager will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of Rewards & Recognition (R&R) and wellness initiatives to foster a high‑performance culture and improve employee well‑being. This role collaborates closely with HR, leadership and external vendors to ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and effectively communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute R&R programs, including new initiatives that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive R&R dashboard, analysing participation, impact and trends.
• Coordinate with HR and senior leaders to design recognition schemes and drive employee awareness through internal communication campaigns.
• Organise wellness activities such as health camps, webinars and well‑being sessions.
• Collaborate with vendors to create flyers, posters and digital creatives for HR communications.
• Publish internal communications for job postings, referral schemes and other HR initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Track feedback and participation metrics to continuously improve engagement programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee engagement and R&R programs.
• Proven experience in HR or employee engagement roles with a focus on rewards, recognition, wellness or well‑being.
• Ability to analyse data, create reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Canva for designing communication materials.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience building dashboards and visualising HR metrics.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
