Assistant Manager – Product Operations (LMS)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to analyze product flows, monitor disbursement funnels and drive metric improvements.
• Monitor LMS servicing flows across lenders, generate control and exception reports, and quickly rectify failures.
• Develop and streamline business processes to reduce failures caused by process gaps.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration among Business, Lender, Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot API integration issues.
• Partner with customer support teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect, organize and analyze data to support business and product management decision-making.
• Establish and promote internal best practices throughout the organization.
• Understand various technology platforms, work with solution architects and engineering leads, and document product requirements and roadmaps.
• Influence senior management and cross-functional teams to accelerate decisions and clear technical roadblocks.

Required profile

• Professional experience in product operations or analytical roles with hands‑on banking and financial processes.
• Deep understanding of Loan Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of fintech, BFSI and lending domains.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in product or lending operations.
• Solution‑oriented mindset in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
