About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the Go‑to‑Market strategy for the PRO ecosystem of Power Tools in the Bengaluru region. The role will drive digital offerings, loyalty programmes and trade engagement across the sub‑region, supporting Bosch’s growth in the consumer‑goods market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of digital solutions for the PRO ecosystem and identify business‑development opportunities.
- Design, launch and monitor user‑ and seller‑focused loyalty programmes, including recruitment and ongoing engagement.
- Plan and execute local Go‑to‑Market campaigns, events and training sessions for users and trade partners.
- Analyse data from the PRO 360 platform to steer user and trade engagement and to optimise redemption processes.
- Lead operational project delivery, introduce new features and ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- Graduate with at least 4 years of experience managing user or trade loyalty programmes in offline or online channels, or sales/marketing experience in the consumer industry.
- MBA preferred.
- Result‑oriented with a strong user‑centric mindset.
- Data‑driven decision maker who can translate insights into actionable plans.
Required skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience with UX principles and Agile working methods.
